Quite easy Shwetha.. 1. Just roast onions, spinach, capsicum and mushrooms in a little oil. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste. 3. Beat the eggs and add to this. 4. Sprinkle cheese on top once cooked. 5. Spread out the two halves of a bun ( You see I used round cut wheat bread ). 6. Spread some Mayo and olives on these. 7. Put the Omlette on one half and Potato Patty on the other. Done! :D Bon Appetit!
